I.O.I was an iconic K-pop group that captured the hearts of fans through their journey on Mnet's Produce 101 survival reality show. Comprised of eleven talented members from various entertainment companies, they debuted with the mesmerizing mini album "Chrysalis" on May 4, 2016. Their vibrant energy and unique charm quickly made them a sensation in the K-pop world, leading to a year of unforgettable performances and memories. Despite their disbandment in January 2017, the legacy of I.O.I lived on as fans eagerly anticipated a reunion in December 2019. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances caused the reunion to be postponed, leaving many disappointed. However, on the group's 5th debut anniversary in 2021, most of the members came together for a special livestream event, reminiscing about their time together and sharing updates on their individual journeys.
