Damn! I missed replying to this somehow :( Sorry you had this experience. Was it on the SKZ It Tape Album outer box? Thank you for your feedback. It helps us improve. We try really hard with extra bubble care packaging but sigh .. sometimes it just happens with cross country shipping.
