I collect Uno card sets, especially diffrtrnt one. So when i found a set that satisfies bith my love of Uno as well ss BTS, i had to have this. Will the game ever be played? That is still to be determined.

Thought I was receiving the plush blind box as the photo showed but definitely not what I ordered. $50 for a mini album is crazy

Was poorly packaged for a 2500 mile trip and they did kt help me at all with the damanged apink box

We work hard to protect each item, and indeed pay extra to Fedex also for Fragile Shipment.. but outer box dents can happen sometimes. Our refund policy covers main items inside but not the outer box
These shipments go from Korea → China (or Dubai) → your country → van to your house. That’s minimum 3 airports, and 3 customs department and 20+ people handling the box ..
Having said that, we are continuously finding new ways to improve the outer box packaging too. Appreciate your feedback and I have passed it along to our founder

I ordered this Light stick on May 21 and received it on June 8. The delivery was a little long but the Light stick that I came from far away so it made sense. On the other hand, when the Light stick arrived, I had to create and pay customs fees in addition, which increased the price I find. Too bad but the Light stick is in perfect condition and functional.
