Shipping globally from Korea

Ships from Korea. Most in-stock orders arrive in 5-15 business days: 3-10 business days to process, then 2-5 business days in transit after dispatch.

Pre-orders, seasonal holidays, stock delays, or carts with multiple items may take longer. For multi-item orders, the processing time follows the item with the longest processing duration.

How to track your order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships from our Korean warehouse. In some countries, tracking updates may appear after customs clearance. You can contact us on Instagram, WhatsApp, or email for support.

Customs duties and import taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and carrier clearance fees are not collected at checkout unless checkout shows a separate Duties line. FedEx or your local customs authority may bill these separately before or after delivery.

These charges are the responsibility of the importer / buyer / recipient. If you incur these charges, you must pay them to receive your parcel. If you refuse the parcel or are unavailable for delivery, no refunds are given in such cases.

Change of address

If an order has already shipped, changing the address may require a service fee and can only be done within the same country. If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address for free.

India and Philippines specific orders

India and Philippines orders can take 3-5 weeks after international release and customs processing. If checkout shows an Air Shipping Express option, that service is faster once the order is ready to ship.
