- Report any issue within 1 day of delivery, with the unboxing video attached.
- We review the request within 1–2 working days and get back to you.
✅ What's covered
- Incorrect, incomplete or damaged product inside the outer box — we refund the full item price (shipping fees cannot be refunded).
- Out-of-stock items — if something in your order can't be fulfilled, it is removed from the order and refunded in full.
- Partial refunds may be offered based on the final inspection of the unboxing video.
🚫 What's not covered
- Outer boxes, sleeves and magazine covers are packaging. They exist to protect the product — slight crumpling, dents, scratches, untaped corners or marks from international transit are not defects. Crumpling, scratching or tearing of a shipping box or mailing tube is not a valid reason for an exchange or refund.
- Very fine scratches or imprints (including light press marks on photocards and prints, visible only under direct light reflection) are not a reason for a refund or return.
- Damage to OPP / shrink-wrap film or other protective wrapping is not subject to exchange or return.
- A bent photocard that can be flattened back to normal is not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Requests made after the 1-day window following delivery cannot be accepted.
- Random items (random photocards, random versions): the specific member or version you receive is not grounds for a return.
↩️ Cancellations
- Change of mind after placing an order: a 10% fee (minimum $34 USD) applies.
- If your items have already been processed at the warehouse, the cancellation fee is 75% of the total order value.
Why these fees? We pay the payment processors on every transaction (the incoming sale and the outgoing refund), and artist agencies and manufacturers also charge us a cancellation fee. The amounts above only cover those costs.
📦 Returns (defective items only)
- Start the request within 1 day of delivery, with your unboxing video.
- Once approved, send the item back to our warehouse in South Korea.
- Pack the item securely and hand it over to our delivery partner — please follow the return instructions we send you.
