"8eight, a unique co-ed trio consisting of Lee Hyun, Joo Hee, and BaekChan, captivated fans with their soulful music under BIGHIT MUSIC and Source Music. Debuting on August 25, 2007 on MBC's Music Core, they quickly rose to fame by winning the first season of MAC's Show Survival and earning the title of 'Best Mixed Gender Group' for their hit song 'Without a Heart' in 2009. Though the group disbanded on December 21, 2014, with the end of Joo Hee and BaekChan's contracts, fans were delighted when they made a surprise comeback on February 7, 2020 with a new single."
