BLACKPINK, who debuted with "SQUARE ONE" in 2016, is set to release their first full-length album, *THE ALBUM*, on October 6th. The title track, "Lovesick Girls," features a country-style guitar sound and sophisticated melody, with lyrics exploring the complexities of love. Members Jisoo and Jennie contributed to the writing and composing, raising fan expectations.

*THE ALBUM* includes tracks like "How You Like That," a powerful hip-hop song, and "Ice Cream," a dance-pop collaboration with Selena Gomez. The album showcases BLACKPINK's diverse musical range, including the girl-crush anthem "Pretty Savage" and the upbeat "Bet You Wanna" featuring Cardi B.
