We usually process each order in 3 to 10 business days. We use Express Premium delivery, which means Korea to your home is 2 to 5 days only!

But this can be affected by stock status of individual items or if the merchandise is in pre-order status or seasonal holidays. Note - for orders with multiple items, the processing time will be determined by the item with the longest processing duration.

How to track your order

You'll receive a tracking number via email once we ship from our Korean warehouse. In some countries, tracking numbers are available after customs clearance, and you can contact us on Instagram, WhatsApp, or email for immediate support.

About customs fees

Customs duties are taxes imposed on imported goods, and it's the responsibility of the importer / buyer / recipient to pay them. When purchasing from us, please note that your parcel may be subject to import duties if it's being shipped internationally. If you incur these charges, you must pay them to receive your parcel. If you refuse the parcel or are unavailable for delivery, no refunds are given in such cases.

India and Philippines specific orders

It takes time to import official K-pop merch from Korea to India. Most orders are fulfiled in 3-5 weeks (post international release and customs processing). You can pay for Air Shipping Express for 3 day delivery if you prefer.
