• Please note that outer boxes are only for packaging and can be slightly crumpled, damaged, dented, untaped or scratched in shipping.

• If you have received incorrect, incomplete or damaged product inside the outer box

• Customer must provide unboxing video (not photos) to us
• This must be done within few minutes of receiving the product
• We will take 1-2 working days to look into the request and get back 
• We will refund full item price to the customer. Shipping fees can not be refunded. 
• Partial refund might be provided based on final inspection of the unboxing video 

Cancellation & refunds policy

If you would like to cancel the order because of change of mind, a 10% fees, minimum $34 USD will be charged. If your items have already been processed at the warehouse, cancellation fees would be 75% of the total order value. 

We have to pay the payment processing companies on each transaction (incoming sale and outgoing refund) and this covers that cost. The artist agencies and manufacturers also levy a cancellation fees which is included in the amount mentioned above.

Partial refunds

In case some items in an order are out of stock, they might be removed from the order and you will be refunded fully for it.

For normal returns 

• Customer can send the item back to our warehouse in South Korea only if item is wrong or damaged
• Return requests must be initiated within 1 day of delivery 
  
• But please follow proper return process by handing over securely packed item to our delivery partner
