ARMYs are celebrating as three members of global sensation BTS—Jimin, Jin, and V—have landed in the top 10 of Idol Chart's weekly rating rankings! The rankings, compiled from June 22nd to June 28th, highlight the enduring power and popularity of the BTS members among fans.
Idol Chart Breakdown
According to reports from Naver Entertainment, trot singer Lim Young-woong continued his impressive run, taking the #1 spot for an astonishing 274 consecutive weeks with 312,374 votes. Following him was Lee Chan-won at #2 with 71,545 votes.
BTS's Jimin secured a strong #3 position with 8,386 votes. Jin followed at #8 with 5,726 votes, and V rounded out the top 10 at #10 with 4,175 votes. Other artists in the top 10 included Park Chang-geun (#4), Song Ga-in (#5), Lee Byung-chan (#6), Park Ji-hyun (#7), and Young Tak (#9).
Fan Power: 'Likes' Rankings
The Idol Chart also measures 'likes,' which gives a glimpse into the actual size of an artist's fandom. Lim Young-woong also led this category with 32,227 likes. Lee Chan-won was second with 7,031 likes.
BTS members also showed strong fan engagement in the 'likes' section. Jimin received 896 likes, Jin garnered 629 likes, and V had 453 likes. These numbers, as reported by Naver Entertainment, underscore the dedicated support BTS members consistently receive from their global fanbase.
