Court Recognizes Severity of Crime

According to Big Hit Music, as reported by Ilgan Sports, the court sentenced the defendant to one year in prison, suspended for two years, for invading a BTS member's home and repeatedly engaging in stalking behavior. The agency stated that the court acknowledged the serious nature of the crime, leading to a guilty verdict. The defendant had been detained in a correctional facility for approximately three months after an arrest warrant was issued for violating the Stalking Punishment Act and charges of residential trespass.

Big Hit Music's Zero-Tolerance Stance

Big Hit Music reiterated its firm stance against malicious acts targeting its artists.
