Back when all we had was a dream and a transit card, the world felt like ours. Even if our masks made it hard to breathe, even if we practiced until dawn and rubbed sleep from our eyes, every day seemed endlessly vivid. We believed those moments would last forever. Now we know there are no eternities—only days that stack up, like rings in a tree. Inner fears and anxieties draw invisible lines, and those lines can become walls that trap us.

This album marks a journey to discover the real “me” by focusing on the process rather than the outcome, offering an honest record of the times and emotions we’ve lived through—laughing, crying, and persisting. As we prepared for this project, we confronted the lines inside us and chose to move forward hand in hand. The strength to walk toward the light, the resolve to stay true to ourselves, and the most honest, natural version of “me” emerged. The album candidly captures those moments. If we can believe in ourselves, overcome our inner fears, and cross the lines we’ve drawn, we can find one another even in darkness. If we don’t lose sight of who we are, we become “us” and can take a new step forward as “us.” So we gathered the courage to cross the line again. In the end, this is the story of all of us. If anyone feels trapped by lines and walls, there is a straight, solid world beyond—so walk toward it. This is a record of faith in “me” and courage for “us,” and a message of comfort to everyone.
