Important Notes for LP Purchases

Jacket / Contents / Packaging

• Minor jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or cracks that do not affect playback are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The inner sleeve may crack due to contact with the disc; this is not eligible for return or exchange.
• The disc label may not adhere smoothly due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage to the outer shrink wrap that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for exchange or return.

Playback Issues

• Turntables without tonearm or weight adjustment (typically all-in-one models) may cause skipping on tracks with large dynamic variations, usually due to a lightweight tonearm. Playback issues caused by the playback device are not eligible for return or exchange. Use of a turntable with an adjustable tonearm is recommended.
• Static electricity and dust may affect playback; these can usually be resolved using a dedicated cleaning product.
• Dust accumulation on the stylus needle may also cause playback issues.

Disc Condition

• The disc surface may appear slightly uneven or warped. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a playback defect is confirmed.
• The center hole may be manufactured slightly small to minimize distortion and maintain consistency during repeated playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, a dedicated hole-adjustment tool can resolve the issue.
• Minor surface scratches or an imperfect finish may occasionally be present. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a playback defect is confirmed.

Color Vinyl

• The actual color of the vinyl may differ slightly from images shown online.
• Due to the nature of color vinyl production, color variations between individual copies may occur.
• Small dots or traces of other color dyes from the manufacturing process may be present on the disc.

Exchange / Return Requests

• For exchange or return requests due to clear manufacturing defects, please contact customer support with photos and/or video evidence of the defect, along with the model name of your playback device.
• Returns due to a change of mind or mistaken purchase are not accepted, as LP jackets are highly susceptible to damage during repeated shipping and are difficult to resell. Please purchase carefully.
