Jacket / Contents / Packaging

• Minor jacket wrinkles, corner dents, or surface cracks that do not affect playback are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The inner sleeve may crack due to contact with the disc; this is not considered a defect.
• Disc labels may not be applied perfectly smoothly due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage to the outer plastic wrap that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for return or exchange.

Playback

• Turntables without tonearm or weight adjustment functions (common in all-in-one models) may cause skipping on tracks with large dynamic range variations, typically due to a lightweight tonearm. Playback issues caused by device limitations are not eligible for return or exchange. Use of a turntable with adjustable tonearm is recommended.
• Static electricity or dust on the disc surface can affect playback; this is usually resolved using a dedicated cleaning product.
• Dust accumulation on the stylus needle may also cause playback issues.

Disc Condition

• Minor surface unevenness or warping may occur; returns or exchanges are only accepted when playback is affected.
• The center hole may be manufactured slightly smaller to minimize distortion and maintain consistency during repeated playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, a dedicated centering tool can be used to adjust it.
• Minor surface scratches or imperfect finishing may occasionally be present; returns or exchanges are only accepted when playback is affected.

Color Disc

• The actual color of the disc may differ from web images.
• Color variation between individual units may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
• Small dots or traces of other color dyes may be visible on the disc surface as a result of production; these are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

• For return or exchange requests due to clear defects, please contact customer support with photos, video evidence of the issue, and the model name of the playback device.
• Returns due to change of mind or accidental purchase are not accepted, as LP jackets are susceptible to damage during repeated shipping and are difficult to resell. Please purchase carefully.
• Vinyl exchanges due to sound quality issues are only accepted within one week of receipt, and only before the outer plastic wrap has been removed — please check the jacket condition before unsealing.
