Compressed Packaging Guide

• Due to compression packaging, the filling (cotton) may appear temporarily flattened upon arrival. It may take approximately 1 day or more to fully recover its original shape.
• When opening, use scissors carefully by cutting along the edges of the packaging to allow air in gradually.
• A slight odor from the vacuum packaging process is normal and will dissipate naturally after opening.
• Gently pat and shape the cushion by hand to help the filling spread evenly.
• The cushion may arrive partially decompressed or temporarily misshapen during transit — this is expected and will resolve over time.
