Important Notes for Vinyl (LP) Purchases

Jacket / Contents / Packaging

• Minor jacket creases, corner dents, or surface cracks that do not affect playback are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The inner sleeve may crack through contact with the disc; this is not considered a defect.
• Disc labels may not adhere perfectly due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage to the outer protective film that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for exchange or return.

Playback

• Turntables without tonearm weight adjustment (commonly all-in-one models) may cause skipping on tracks with wide dynamic range. This is a device limitation and not eligible for return or exchange. Use of a turntable with an adjustable tonearm is recommended.
• Static electricity or dust buildup may affect playback; this can usually be resolved using a dedicated cleaning product.
• Dust accumulation on the stylus needle may also result in uneven playback.

Disc Condition

• Minor surface undulation or warping may occur. Returns or exchanges are only accepted when a confirmed playback issue exists.
• The center hole may be manufactured slightly smaller to minimize distortion during repeated playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, a dedicated center-hole adjustment tool can resolve this.
• Faint surface marks or minor finish imperfections may occasionally be present. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if playback is affected.

Color Vinyl

• The actual color of the vinyl may differ slightly from images shown online.
• Color variation between individual units can occur during the production process.
• Small specks or traces of other color dyes may be present on color vinyl as a result of manufacturing.

Exchange / Return

• For exchange or return requests due to clear manufacturing defects, please contact customer support with photos or video showing the defect, along with the model name of the playback device used.
• Returns due to a change of mind or mistaken purchases are not accepted, as LP jackets are susceptible to damage during transit and are difficult to resell. Please purchase carefully.
