• Disc labels may not adhere perfectly smoothly due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage to the outer shrink wrap that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for return or exchange.

Playback

• If using a turntable without tonearm or counterweight adjustment (typically all-in-one models), skipping may occur on tracks with wide dynamic range — usually caused by a lightweight tonearm. Playback issues resulting from device limitations are not eligible for return or exchange; a turntable with adjustable tonearm is recommended.
• Static electricity or dust buildup can affect playback. This can generally be resolved using a dedicated record cleaning product.
• Dust accumulation on the stylus needle may also cause playback irregularities.

Disc Condition

• Minor surface unevenness or slight warping may occur. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a playback issue is confirmed.
• The centre hole may be manufactured slightly smaller to minimise distortion and maintain consistency during repeated playback. If it does not fit your turntable spindle, a dedicated centre hole reamer tool can be used to adjust it.
• Faint surface marks or minor finishing imperfections may occasionally be present. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a playback issue is confirmed.

Colour Discs

• The actual colour of a colour disc may differ from images shown online.
• Colour variation between individual copies is possible due to the nature of the production process.
• Small specks or traces of other colour dyes may appear on colour discs as a result of manufacturing.

Exchange / Return

• For exchange or return requests due to clear manufacturing defects, please contact the customer centre with photos and/or video confirming the defect, along with the model name of your playback device.
• As LP jackets are highly susceptible to damage during repeated shipping and are difficult to resell, returns due to accidental purchase or change of mind cannot be accepted. Please purchase carefully.
