IZ*ONE, also known as "eyes one", was a dynamic twelve-member project girl group formed through the popular survival show "Produce 48". The group consisted of talented South Korean trainees and Japanese idols from the esteemed "AKB48" and sister groups, coming together to create a powerhouse girl group that captured hearts across the globe. Led by center Jang Wonyoung, the members of IZ*ONE showcased their immense talent and captivating performances during their two and a half years together. Making their debut with the mesmerizing mini album "COLOR*IZ", IZ*ONE quickly gained a loyal fanbase known as "WIZ*ONE", who were described by the group as partners in creating a magical future together. Despite facing a challenging hiatus due to controversy surrounding the Produce franchise, IZ*ONE returned to the stage in February 2020 with renewed determination. Sadly, after their successful run together, IZ*ONE officially disbanded on April 28, 2021, leaving behind a legacy of unforgettable music and performances that will always hold a special place in the hearts of fans worldwide.
