April was an exciting and talented South Korean girl group created by DSP Media in 2015. However, controversy arose in 2021 when allegations of bullying within the group surfaced. Despite denials from DSP Media, the group faced repercussions, including members losing endorsement deals and acting opportunities. HyunJoo later came forward to support the claims of bullying, further complicating the situation. After much discussion and contemplation, April made the difficult decision to disband on January 28, 2022.
