No question asked refund policy if items damaged 

• Please note that outer boxes are only for packaging and can be slightly crumpled or scratched in shipping.

• If you have received incorrect, incomplete or damaged product 

• Customer must provide unboxing video (not photos) to us
• This must be done within few minutes of receiving the product
• We will take 1-2 working days to look into the request and get back 
• We will refund full item price to the customer. Shipping fees can not be refunded. 

Cancellation & refunds policy

If you would like to cancel the order because of change of mind, a 10% fees (or $34 USD whichever is higher) will be charged. 

We have to pay the payment processing companies on each transaction (incoming sale and outgoing refund) and this covers that cost. The artist agencies and manufacturers also levy a cancellation fees which is included in the amount mentioned above.

About returns

• We can not return any products once delivered, unless the item delivered itself was wrong or defective
• We exclusively use Premium Packaging and Fedex Express that reduces any chances of damage
